Dear audiophiles, I ask for your advice on how to connect the supernait 2 to the nd5 xs 2 using ndac as a converter, someone suggested to me that ndac and nd5 xs 2 sounded the same as the ndx 2, thanks
I’m not sure I understand your question but I’ll try. You’ll need a Digital Spdif out cable(I use the DC-1) that connects the ND5XS2 to the nDAC. The nDAC connects to the SN2 via the Analog out on the nDAC. I use the HiLine.

I have NDAC and I think it is an excellent DAC, I would like to use it and connect it to the Naim ND5 XS 2 chain and the Supernait 2, could you give me some suggestions on what types of cables to use and how and where to physically connect the cables between the 3 devices
I think Marcusman’s choice of cabling here is spot-on; Naim DC1 s/pdif cable between the ND5XS 2 and the DAC and then a DIN-DIN Hi-line to connect to the SN2. Beyond that, consider Powerline mains cables on the DAC and SN2.

Connect the DC1 s/pdif cable to the coaxial s/pdif BNC output socket on the back on the ND5XS2 - be sure that the banded end is closest to the streamer.
Connect the other end of the DC1 s/pdif cable to one of the coaxial s/pdif BNC input sockets.
Take the analogue signal from the DAC by connecting the Din Hiline (grey insert end) to the Din output socket on the DAC.
Connect the other end of the Hiline to one of the Din inputs on the Supernait 2. I would probably use the CD input.

If you haven’t setup the streamer yet, then it asks you what output options to enable as part of the setup process.
Otherwise, you can access the settings and change it as needed.
