Once in a while (it happened twice recently), my ND5XS2 seems to crash. It stops playing and the Focal & Naim app can’t connect anymore. Using the button on the front to go in- and out of standby does not solve the issue. The only solution is to pull the power plug. That’s pretty annoying, because I can’t get to it that easily.
Is there a way to restart the ND5XS2 without pulling the power plug?

I suspect a network stability issue rather than a fault with the XS2.
Are you on wifi or ethernet?
I am on WiFi and normally do n’t have any issues with it. Also not with other devices. The crash is not something that happens regularly. Was just wondering if there is a trick to restart the ND5XS2. Maybe holding the standby button or something. My Nait 5si has a power switch, but the ND5XS2 does not.
