the ND5XS2 streamer I have has always worked. With the latest updates to the Focal-Naim app and the Tidal app I can no longer stream with TIdal. When I open the Focal Naim app and try to launch Tidal with the appropriate function, the browser opens to log in with Tidal, even if I do so I get nothing. If I try to access the Tidal app as I select the playback device I get a “can’t connect with server” error. I’m sure the problem is related to app updates as first the smartphone crashed, and then the tablet which updated later.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps but nothing changed.

Have you done a factory reset? It often sorts out any post-update glitches.
If you mean on the Tidal Naim App, yes I did this. If this is not the case, tell me where to reset. Thank you
I would first power off the nd5 (actually unplug), power off the router, wait 1 minute, power on the router, wait 5 mins, power on the ND5, then possible restart the phone
What he means is a factory reset of the ND5 XS2. But before doing that, I suggest you try what @GadgetMan suggests.
Why take all the big guns out first log out of the tidal app on your phone. Then if not done already log out on the naim app. then log in in The tidal app and then in the naim app.
Thank you all, the system has started working again but I can’t say the solution. After making several attempts among those indicated by you, I was unable to resolve. I turned the system back on after a couple of days and the problem was solved. Really strange. Thank you all.
