I can pick up an nDac at humble money and am wondering if it is possible to use the 272 as a streamer connected to the nDac then back into the 272 as a pre-amp before the NAP 300?

No, it’s not possible.
If you think about it, as soon as you select the analogue input to take the output from the dac, you switch off the streamer.
