NDX 2 - Input volume needs adjustment

I run a TV via optical input into NDX 2 and a BluRay-Player via BNC. BluRay is much louder and so is the input from streaming. Is there any way to increase the volume of the optical input (Input 1)? My TV-Output is set to max, so there is no way to increase the volume of the source.

I use my nd555 from the virgin media box not the tv output. Is there anyway you could try the set top box, if you have one?

I have no set top box.

The all-in-one Naim boxes gave an ‘input trim’ function which allows you to adjust the relative volume of each input. Separates don’t have this because there is a price to pay in sound quality terms if you add a digital volume control rather than relying on the preamp.
