Yours has a defect.
Have you tried a power cycle ??

I just get back my unit from dealer and found this issue.

I don’t remember it has as before or not.

Take it back to the dealer.
No lights should be always on

I can confirm that as Mike says, mine also remains off. I think you need to ask your dealer to sort it out. If a restart doesn’t fix it, you could try a factory reset.
