Hi, wondered if anyone has experience of this issue. I have the original NDX, which generally works really well. However, periodically, it seems to time out of the app when using Tidal and I have to force stop and restart the app to get it to reconnect. Sometimes I have to toggle to iradio to get it to reinitialise so that I can then play stuff again. I’m on the v latest firmware and app version. Might it be some kind of standby setting that I can change? It’s a fantastic streamer other than that!

It suggests reinstalling Tidal (the app rather than the Naim app)
A factory restart might help as well.
