No no… you wrong you dont mess with SACD ripping to PCM..its better… you take a native DSD file or not native not important at that moment and you convert it to HDPCM to any bitrate you wish…it`s like buying HDPCM instead a DSD.what you get at the end is a clean DSD but with dynamic gain of a PCM…latter on i compared an HD 24/192 to DSD converting to HD24/192 and I did not notice any difference in sound
