Most members here know by now that Simon in Suffolk is kind of the go to guy with anything technical, as far as I can see. He has given me great advice on many occasions, so I tend to follow his path with these things.
He uses an NDX2 into Chord Mscaler/Dave with not too much fiddling with cables etc., other than a decent switch on a good network.
ND5XS2 into Mscaler/TT2 is my path, with a 2960 switch, and I am done.

No argument there.
I feel done as well. I just went/experienced a different route to get there, I feel.
