As I mentioned in an old post about upgradeitius I treated myself to a new listening chair that has a recliner facility for the more later listening sessions.
I have been fascinated by the Focal top end speaker range the have a crank arrangement for tilting the tweeter and midrange units timing of sound hitting the listener perhaps but interesting all the same.
Just noticed I have a facility to lower as well increase distance slightly from my Q Acoustic Concept 20 and there is a discernable difference. Normal position ear level with top of speaker sharper sound, nice to ear level between tweeter and midrange/ bass greater integration but I have found that I can use this with great success with different albums and recordings.
Am I strange or has anyone else come across a similar interesting by product of a purchase that is not electronics.
