I’d buy whatever is the most up to date. It will have the most up to date chips/software etc. Whilst a naim cd player will have a lifespan of 15-20 years (?) a streamer certainly won’t. I use s/h sonos connects into dacs x2 systems because they’re easy to us and family friendly. After only 7 years Sonos has announced the earlier generations of equipment won’t be supported. It would be very annoying to find a streamer bought for £2k or so doesn’t work after 10 years or so…Get the latest gear
