Interesting I have a XX2 and I preferred it to the Linn Krystal so I’m looking forward to hearing the XX2A when the time comes to replace my cartridge.
I have been saving up for a DV20X2-L, the new DV20X2A-L is 33% dearer but also much better than expected, myabe I’ll stretch the budget.
The DV-XX-2 has always been very good and should be stunning as XX-2A. That all said, with an Aria my first look would also be in the Rega range of carts.

I’ve used XX2s for 17 years; awesome, on an Aro. Is the Solstice cartridge available separately yet?
hundred times less than an Etsuro Urushi Gold. a bargain 
I hardly recognised any of the items of equipment mentioned in that review. And to think that Naim is hardly recognised by most of the population in the UK.

Maybe first upgrade the arm on the Michell Gyro with a SAT CF1 tonearm.
Second step would be a VITUS MO 201 phono.
