No Sound from Nac272 dig coaxial input

Hi

My Nac272 both digital coax input gives no Sound when I connect a digital source to it. But the BNC is ok

I’m confused. First time I used the digital coax inputs.’
The inputs are set to enabled

Is my Nac272 really defect ?? Or

I take it you are switching the input to Dig 2 or 3 - BNC is Dig 1.

I have tried … with no result

I have talen OFF the chassis. The soldering seems to be ok

It could be a poor fitting or faulty coaxial lead. I have a couple where I can put a little light pressure on the RCA phono jack into the DAC and I lose signal. Just one more reason why BNC is so much better.
