Nova HDMI Arc not working

Hello Folks

It’s been a year and suddenly the HDMI ARC has stopped working with Samsung 7000 Series TV.

Tried disabling input , unplug the cables. The HDMI ARC works with Android box so the TV arc port is working.

How do I reboot it?


Have you tried a complete power down and reboot. I think you might need to email Naim service department.

I want to do that, what’s the correct procedure?

Just unplug the mains lead from the back, wait 10 seconds or so, and then plug the mains in again. You should get the multicoloured blue/ purple screen as it reboots itself.

Tried but same result, looks like something is wrong!
