I have been enjoying this set up for several months now until about three weeks when I tried my usual streaming using Quboz but the NSC 222 did not respond. I was only able to begin listening again after removing the NPX 300 from the set up. When I tried re-introducing the NPX 300 into the configuration it ceased to work again. I have checked that none of the pins on the two Burndy cables are bent and ensured that the labelled ends are closer to the NSC 222 end. What might I do next?

When you say ceased to work, do you mean that it does absolutely nothing? Does iRadio work? Is it lit up and therefore receiving power from the 300?
Yes. The NSC 222 does absolutely nothing and the light on the front of the 300 flashes for a while and then stops but no other signs of anything happening. But when I remove the 300 the NSC 222 and the NAP 250 work perfectly well.
Ok. When you switch on the 300, without it being connected to the 222, does the logo light up? If not I suspect its fuse has blown, which is easy to change. If the 300 does light up, then I’m confused.
Have you been in touch with your supplying dealer or with Naim support?

Your dealer should be the first port of call. Otherwise, Naim support contact details are available on the website - support@naimaudio.com You should get a ticket number, if not check your junk folder.
Thanks for the suggestion; unfortunately the logo does light up.
If there is a fault then the number of flashes and sequence, eg 3-4-3 is telling you what is wrong.
100% agree dealer then/or Naim Support. Though you could also Google the number/sequence and you may well get the answer.
Not sure if you can return the unit to factory settings on a PS (never had one), but that might fix it.
