Thanks. Yes, I did see that but it is listed as 1 year (2011) prior to the introduction of the 2TB update (2012). So that statement may only apply to the SSD version, introduced a year earlier (2010) than the 1.6 firmware update.

Prior to the 2TB version there was a 1TB single HDD which replaced the original twin drive model. The product history is far from comprehensive.
