Paying for Technician Installation of Naim Products

Subway taking hifi gear to install it?

Subway is tube or metro, whichever you prefer to call this mode of transport.

I am aware of that, but carrying a pile of hifi gear?

Then get a taxi or uber, it’s as simple as that. NYC is tiny geographically.

I bought Naim products from a dealer less than 2 miles from my house and he flat out refused to install them. I spoke to a Naim executive at the Bristol Hifi show (clue alert - less than 3 miles from the said dealer’s premises) but he didn’t want to know. Said Naim executive (no longer at Naim) also wasn’t bothered that the same dealer was incapable of installing firmware updates to a Uniti. I am happy with the dealer I now use which is over 100 miles away.
Moral is that dealers vary wildy in competence and service but Naim ain’t interested in dumping the rubbish ones.
