Nice - the dog and the kuro tv. Also still got one . Sadly only the kuro

The Kuro is still the best picture I’ve come across. A couple of firesticks add the newer functionality to stream from across the world.
Yes, re the doggie companions. Sadly lost one since being here in France. Harvey here has survived a couple of scares in the past years but still thinks he’s young enough to fend off all comers, even with stiff joints and a tendency to nod off at any time.
Mmm Actually I may be describing myself there. :grinning:

Same here - the picture (even when black turned a bit reddish) is the best calibration I have ever seen. As it consumes and heats a lot (have it the bedroom) I often think about replacing it… but only think as it so good.

Yes, not the most eco friendly device, but reluctant to replace it.

Torties have a reputation for being feisty, I’ll bet she is in charge of the music.

Yep, and Burmese torties have been called vandal cats, the great escapologists, the cats who love to party. The “Border Collies” of the cat world…boing bounce, bounce, boing etc :grinning:

Our tortie Burmese, who have graced this forum….

Suzy Wong - chocolate tortie, where it all started. She was a “rescue” cat from a work colleague, although we could never decide exactly who it was that was being “rescued”!
Freckles - dark brown tortie
Marble (Mabs) - light brown tortie
Pixie - dark brown tortie - the current matriarch.

Black Sabbath gets Cadi’s approval.

I find it interesting that they are indifferent to pretty loud music.
Yet very wary of the noise of passing cars.
Is it the same with dogs?

We have a house bunny, they get tuned to their surroundings. Big bun can tell the footsteps in the house and very far outside of the house……to be waiting for my daughter at the door, but not others. He can do this with music playing, it’s not eye sight as my daughter sleeps in our granny annexe, out of sight.
