Please help - my unitiqute and unitiserve have fallen out

Hello all you good folk out there - I was wondering whether someone could help me with a small but immensely irritating problem.

I have a UnitiServe plugged into the back of a BT router / hub, to which my UnitiQute was connected wirelessly.
All worked brilliantly until I changed the BT router. Now, the music starts to play but then keeps stopping, and then gives up all together. I don’t think it’s a network problem, because the iRadio still works without interruption, and the Qute can see / read all the songs and playlists on the Serve.

I’ve tried rebooting the Qute, and doing a factory re-set, but nothing seems to work. It’s driving me bonkers - especially in lockdown when there is nothing else to do.

Anybody suggest anything please?

Thanks

I presume you also restarted the Unitiserve?

You could try connecting the UQ using an ethernet cable. I understand that may not be convenient as a long term solution but ethernet cables are cheap and you could lay it across the floor to try.

Best

David

Sounds like a WiFi issue to me. Iradio will be a lower data rate than cd quality or higher music files. Before I wired my qute2 I couldn’t reliably play hires files at all.

Thanks very much for the responses - I’ll let you know how I get on.
