Possible chromecast issue with nd5xs2

Not sure if this could be a software issue or just one of them things… daughter streaming xmas songs last night from iphone to nd5 using Chromecast, and when tree up we just turned it off. This morning put radio on from naim app and nothing, no sound. App showed it was playing so feared the dreaded relay issue. Turned off, unplugged and reboot and still nothing, so factory reset and its all good.
so before i let naim support know, has anyone had any chromecast issues or is it a sign of the output relay failing.?

I dont know your issue, but people have reported different issues with chrome cast in the past. Might it be better to use Airplay or even Bluetooth?
