I’ve got full fat PL’s on my 252 & 300 and I think it’s a noticeable improvement on both. It also has the benefit of improving all sources. I have PL Lite’s on the sources.
No clicks for me on inserting but they’re definitely fully seated.
My system differs from the OP but I agree that I’d place my money on a HiCapDR first. I was pleasantly surprised when a placed a PowerLine on my HiCapDR, it sounded better on the HiCapDr than on the SN3.
