For NAC 252 pre-amp, does it has different voltage input according to the country? For example, I can either use SuperCap 2 (AC 220v input or AC 110v input voltage) to drive it, right?
Correct - the NAC252 head unit needs a Supercap, so voltage is entirely dependant upon the Supercap.
