Werner should have won this game for you by now. Maybe time for a beer, calm the nerves?
Well, as I said, such is life as a Spurs fan.
You just never know what to expect, and we learn to expect the unexpected, either good or bad. OK, so we were playing City Lite but a win is a win
And we got the chance to see a miracle happen. One equivalent to some guy with some loaves and fishes. Namely, Werner scoring.
Bit of a pyrrhic victory for Palace - nice win over the Villans but Eze and Wharton afflicted with knack
RIP Trevor Whymark - Ipswich legend, yet another possible leather ball Alzheimers.
A really great player. RIP.
Just have a feeling that Amorim isn’t going to turn things around at United.
And as you know, guys, I’m very rarely wrong.

Back to the PL tomorrow The Arsenal travel up to St James Park for the early kick off. Will Mikel start Ethan Nwaneri in place of the injured Odegaard after another excellent Carabao Cup performance and another cracking goal personally I think the Newcastle midfield is too physical for him on his debut especially in such an important game.
Talking of Odegaard he is back in training and the hope is he will be back for the match away at Chelsea next weekend there are also doubts over both Ben White and Gabriel in defence though William Saliba will be back after serving his one match ban. Mikel Merino could feature in a return to his old club after an excellent display against Liverpool last weekend capped with a brilliant headed goal.
The front three should remain full strength with Saka, Havertz and Martinelli all fit on the opposite side we face an equally dangerous front three in Isak, Barnes and Gordon if he is fit. All in all should be a cracking game and one we really must win keeping 11 men on the pitch will help!
Awful performance from both teams at St James horrible game of football.
When I read you saying that Arsenal are awful, I realise when to make a cup of tea during MOTD
Well…a very enjoyable lunchtime at the Cathedral on the Hill. It’s been a few days, and hopefully things are looking up now.
A team performance full of desire and passion, and particularly outstanding displays by our two young full-backs.
Arsenal were poor, playing without a proper centre forward, and very toothless in the final third. We kept them to one shot on target, which was a defensive scramble/block, rather than a clear cut chance.
Arsenal fans were impressive, however. When I passed the Central Station at 10.30, there were hundreds of them outside the pub there. Fair play to them, it must have been a very early start for the 12.30 kick-off.
Relegation scrap it is then.
Funny, but more to the point was Livramento refusing to let Martinelli get past him.
A steadfast Newcastle performance that probably knocked Arsenal out of contention for the title.
…don’t look, BtB…
