Well I am sad to say that I am close to giving up on Presto streaming. The replacement streamer I bought doesn’t seem to work well with their app and their very unresponsive support claims that no-one else is reporting a problem (I know this is untrue because a friend of mine is seeing similar irrational behaviour of the Presto streaming service recently and has been engaged in extensive discussion with them).
I will give it another week, then if they don’t actively engage in sorting the issue, I will pause my Presto sub and try Qobuz again.
