Problem downloading content on latest Qobuz iOS app version

Anyone else having problems downloading content to an iPhone with latest iOS app version of Qobuz?

Seems to freeze the app completely.

Had a problem with reviewing a sub. Taken my money. Confirmed by email but web page and app say I’ve no sub. Chat bot promised to escalate but I’ve no evidence it did so I’m about to email. If I logout and back in then I’m also getting an app freeze.

Sounds like there’s some kind of freezing bug in the latest version then.

Ironically, downloads is one thing they claimed to have improved but I guess that shows it’s an area they’ve been dabbling in.

I downloaded a couple of albums on Sunday to play while travelling.

I’m using Qobuz ios-9.2.3-251118164000 and iOS 26.1. Also, I had no playback problems with the albums I had downloaded..

Thanks. Same as me. It does get there eventually with the downloads but it seems to freeze for a long time when getting to the end of each track which can’t be right. I may report it if I can be bothered!

No problem here so far. Had issues in the past with downloads freezing but not with this latest version. iOS.

Hmm strange. It’s still there for me, a complete freeze until that track eventually finishes.

Interestingly if I’ve listened to the track before without downloading and it’s in my cache there’s no problem.

Not a huge problem but overall, downloads are slower than before not ‘up to twice as fast’ as claimed.
