I have paired my 333 and 332 for wireless remote control via the Focal & Naim app. The 332 responds when the app turns the system on and puts it on standby, but doesn’t respond to volume change. I tried unpairing and re-pairing without success. Anyone else encounter this problem?
Yes, yesterday in fact. I think I fixed it bypressing one of the buttons on the front of the 332 whilst pairing is happening on the App having unpaired it first. You will know it’s worked when you see a picture of the 332 appear in the app.
I sometimes get a lag with my 333/332 volume control and via the app but it does work for me.
Have you got the right option for system automation chosen? You can choose, off, wired or wireless.
Thanks guys. Powered everything off and on again and that seems to have fixed the problem.
And now the problem’s come back again. Very annoying.
