Up until about month ago my new Nova was singing along perfectly without any problems, however now it’s often impossible to find on my network (it was wired and I’ve since gone to wireless to see if that helped) when I do manage to connect it after multiple attempts it skips tracks or just drops out when streaming Qobuz. I have 4 other Naim devices that work perfectly on the same network all wired. When it drops out when streaming and I often lose control of the front panel and app. It sometimes shows I’m playing the previous album while actually playing the next and won’t even allow me to play to a cd player that’s connected.
I’ve just carried out a factory reset and it’s currently working but it’s done this before.
Spoke to Harry my dealer several times and thankfully he’s offered a replacement while they investigate.
Has anyone else had or having similar issues.
