I haven’t used Qobuz Connect since before Christmas & when I went to use it today my Android phone was showing as a device but my Nova had disappeared.
No problem I thought. I logged out & attempted to login again. I could not log in to the app, receiving the helpful message ‘problem unknown’.
I logged in to the UK website with no problem & my Nova continues to allow me to use Qobuz as it always has.
Does anyone have any ideas what l can try next?
I was only trying to use Qobuz Connect as, once again, searching for a major artist (Genesis) on the Naim search facility produced surprisingly few albums. Searching with the Connect app produced many more. This seems to happen fairly often.
However, before I tried anything else this morning I tried signing in again & it worked. What the problem was last night, I have no idea. The joy of computers!
Mind you, my Nova is still not appearing as a connected device so I will need to look further into this. I do wonder if so many updates to the app since the last time I used it have broken something? Having said that, the other device the app automatically connected with is still showing & working so perhaps the problem lies elsewhere than the app?
You could try to power off the Nova and then back on again? I have had that kind of weird glitches in the past. As if the network doesn’t see the Naim as an available device anymore.
