“System settings” and “App settings” were back, but still no Qobuz lists appearing in “Favourites” whilst Qobuz still functioned perfectly via the Qobuz app.
After a moment of inspiration, accessed Qobuz via the NAIM app.
The display asked for a login after which, everything is now back to normal.
No idea what happened and AFAIA, neither does NAIM support, although I’ve let them know about the above.
That has been the case for a while, Qobuz is currently beta testing some new features in the library. That filter option in the library is really nice.
When (if?) the Connect feature becomes available (also in beta testing) then I guess the Qobuz app might be a great experience for a lot more users.
If you refers to the below “pill” on the top, is this way since some time. I find it useful, even if I would like the ability to sorte the pills/filters so I can have Favorites as first option (or whatever of choice)
UPDATE: Changing the order of the pills is possible, and I was not aware of it. Thanks for Qobuz support team on the Cloud for helping me out. Just scroll top right and you will see the option to change order, e.g. put “Favorites” as the first one.
I seem to be having similar issues with my Atom. At the moment I’m not logged in either Qobuz or Tidal in the Naim app but Iam logged in both accounts via their apps.
At present I’m casting the Nick Grimshaw BBC 6Music featuring Laura Marling. The Naim app shows ‘Not playing’ and I can’t access Services and Accounts in Settings in the Naim app.
I know if I uninstall and reinstall the Naim app all will be good probably until tomorrow, all very frustrating.
Should let you know I’m using a Samsung S24 and all software is up to date.
Now playing live radio and the Naim app still displays ’ Not playing’
I can’t decide if this is directly related to Qobuz or Tidal but have only noticed these issues after taking up the free subscriptions to Qobuz and Tidal.
