Since the update of the Naim app to version 7 I can’t start music via Qobuz.
Musiclength is sometimes shown as 0:00 to 0:00 or even x:xx to 0:00. See the attached picture
I have already restarted my player, also I have logged out and logged in from Qobuz. But it doesn’t resolve the problem although logging in and I was able to play one track and then the same problem returned.
Hi everybody! Unfortunately I has this problem too in Qobuz via Naim app( Wim1976 tell me please where are you from? I from Russia and think it may be some new level sanctions from us By the way, first days after updated to 7 ver Qobuz worked correct and this bug at me in last 5 days aprox… Please inform if someone has it problem too
Exactly. It started this week. By the way due to the holidays I haven’t listened music in the weeks before. So I thought it correlated with the new version, but it could also be another reason.
I am from the Netherlands, thus U don’t think it has something to do with sanctions.
I sent a letter today to Naim technical support with our problem and they registered the ticket. To be continued…) And I founded one more problem in 7 ver. - sometimes when starting the app and trying to link the device I received "Device is not responding"
Oh, this app… It’s a pity to get such a disgusting update with such a great sound and device in general. I hope the comments on my ticket will help us to understand something, but so far they are silent
