I can’t seem to log into Qobuz on the Naim app can log in OK on the Qobuz app?
Not sure if this will work in your situation, but it’s possible to log in using either your Qobuz pet name or the email (which I find more reliable) in the user name box. Have you tried both?
Hi Jim , thanks for the suggestion I tried that and even changed my password still could not log in.
I removed Qobuz from the list of inputs on my ND555 reinstated the Qobuz input and was then able to log in ???
I can only assume a glitch in the app update.
Had exactly the same experience after the app update. Both on my NDX2 and unitilite - but just with Qobuz not with Spotify. Reset passpord on Qobuz and could easily log in and out on my laptop to the Web version but still no joy on my Naim equipment. Then two hours later both were working again - perhaps there are some servers in the background that need to replicate the password change and this takes time…Still gave me the chance to check out how the new internet radio is working…found some nice HD stations to play with
