Qobuz Login on Naim App - linked Google Account

I did a search but didn’t immediately find what I was looking for. I have a Naim Mu-so 2 – actually, we have three of them in the house! – and I recently signed up for Qobuz. When I did so, I linked it to my main Google account vs. entering a “standalone” username and password. Unfortunately, I can’t find any way to login to Qobuz through the Naim app when it is connected in this way. All I see is the option for username/password. I have tried my Google account credentials, but that fails.

Is there some way around this that I am missing?

Hi feckman, welcome to the forum. I had this problem with using a facebook login to Tidal a few years ago. My solution was to cancel the Tidal account and start again, this time creating the account with a Tidal username and password. I suspect you might need to do the same with Qobuz. Regards, M.

Log in to your google account. In security settings, find the section for 3rd party apps and services, and you should be able to unlink qobuz. I would expect then you would need to setup a new password with your qobuz account.
