I still think it’s good value for full price but any discounts help. Mine renewed in September so possibly the wrong time of year to redeem offers unless they last more than a few weeks.

No, not at all. Have seen that asserted here previously but it’s simply not true. I’ve gifted myself cards for 4 of the last 5 years and always on the same email address.

What subscription do you currently have? If you are not on Sublime yet that could provide benefits that make it worth while when you purchase downloads regularly.
Do they expire after a few months? Can you redeem them and use them for music purchase too?
Hopefully they’ll put out a deal in the next week or so if they’ve not done so as yet.
They do 3, 6 and 12. I tend to buy and download little now that streaming allows me to hear so much more before doing so. Therefore my sub is Studio rather than Sublime.

Just to confirm, I have renewed by gifting myself 12 months of Studio Solo with the Black Friday discount and, yes, used my own email address to get it sent to that same email address.

The UK Black Friday deal I saw was for 3, 6 or 12 months streaming, Studio only, so Sublime not offered. Last day for promotion is 1 December 2025. You must activate the gift card by 31 January 2026.

Yeah my current sub expires Tuesday so this as always is excellent timing.
Interesting to note that my sub expired today. Despite this being clearly stated, Qobuz reverted to 30 second clips yesterday. it’s only one day but it is also taking the mickey and I have made my displeasure known.
