Hi all… is the Radio Paradise Main Mix down on the Naim app in the uk ?

Yes, the main mix seems to be down at the moment. Others (mellow etc.) seem OK, and main mix through the RP app works. Maybe one for @Stevesky to look at if it persists.

Hi all,

We got a system alert this morning about Radio Paradise Main Mix is down on all stream types… or at least on UK server.

Not a Naim issue, a case of Radio Paradise have a server down and no switch over redundancy,

i suspect they’ll sort it out soon.

We sent Radio Paradise engineering team an email on the subject and they’ve now fixed their side. All playing again.

Had problems yesterday, but it’s back today.

Was down for me in Germany yesterday (odd that it was working for @Martinzero ) but back online this morning.

Fascinating @Maury_Finkle as soon as I read about the issues I tried all streams and they all worked! Muso2 Telekon broadband.
