Radio Streaming for only 1 minute

Hi, my NDX 2 has the latest firmware and is connected successfully by ethernet.to the internet with a 400mb connection. The Focal Naim App successfully streams Tidal, and all ripped CDs on the HDX.. It connects successfully to any of the radio stations, but only streams 1 minute of radio and then stops..Please can anyone help as this is most frustrating.

Is this the case with every radio station, or just your presets? If it’s just the presets, try deleting them and setting them up again. It may be connected to Naim moving away from vTuner.

If the radio was working properly before the update to 4.13, try turning the NDX2 off by unplugging it from the wall to reboot it.

Hi, I will give it a try…

OK, I have deleted them from favourites, and then played them again separately from the listings…the BBC6 app worked, but the Naim radio and Radio Paradise Apps failed again after a minute. I have rebooted the NDX2…any other thoughts?

Hi all,

This forum isn’t really for product support, although from what is described it sounds like there maybe a UPnP control point app, or bridge running on the same network that gets annoyed when it sees a source that it doesn’t know about. We saw similar stuff going on with a third party UPnP to Roon bridge.

Can you raise a support ticket with our support team (see: Submit a ticket : Naim Audio Ltd ) and they should be able to work out what is going on.
