Wouldn’t an overseas business entity normally use a 3rd party and deliver Incoterms DDP ‘delivered duty paid’. Duties are calculated on commodity codes, origins and value. It’s the same globally unless a trade agreement is in place. From experience EU customs take some beating on their application of the ‘rules’
