Hi all,
I am trying to register my NSS 333 using the 6 digit number starting with 5 on a sticker on the back of the unit (as per Google’s instruction), however it is coming up as a Uniti Core.
Have emailed the dealer but that has not proven a good form of communication thus far so I may phone later - but am I doing something wrong?

The old days of simple naim serial numbers are gone. They appear to now be in hexadecimal and have a “ special character”!
Hi Tony, I recently was registering my NAC 332 and ran into similar difficulties, using the six digit number wasn’t sufficient I had to also add the preceding 8 characters.
Really, very interesting. I did try that but I left the spaces in - No match found - I might try again but without the spaces.
