Has anyone else had ‘Error Request failed gateway timed out (504)’ when clicking on the open book icon in the Naim app?
Yep. I’ve not worked out any common factors when it happens.
It’s pretty much as it says - your kit couldn’t pull back the booklet from Revo as it’s not getting a response - not a fault at your end (usually), but at Naim/Revo. Give support a call and let them know.
I have gotten the error quite a bit, if I really want to see the cover I restart my iPad and it usually displays at that time.
