I have a general question regarding the “right” order for mains in my Musicline netzleiste.
Set up:
Naim Supernait1
Naim CD5si
Naim ND5XS
Rega P2
Rega mini fono a2d
Which order, from the incoming lead connected to the wall socket, is best?

How many wall sockets do you have? I put the amp direct into the wall and everything else on the block. As for the order, just try it. Do it one way. Then in reverse. No one else’s opinion really matters.

Which is pretty much what I found by experiment except where the source is providing the connection from signal ground to earth, the number of boxes away from that connection works as a rough guide. Turntable ps first, ND on default or Naim CD, Pre ps, phono ps and power last. With 500 series it’s easy to hear the difference, with 282/250 it’s there but takes a bit longer to register. I’ve never played with plug order with a Nait in the system maybe if I’d paid attention to it I’d have kept the Nait 5. The Rega amps I replaced the Nait with didn’t care about plug order.

By ear my favourite order is:
CD5si first
Rega mini fono ps
ND5xs
Rega P2 ps
Sn1 last
There’s no must about it and neither is there full agreement as we don’t all listen for the same things. Your system only has to satisfy you after all.
Do set the ND5xs to floating though if the CD5i is in the system.

Always source first then preamp last power amp or integrated amp.The two first from the wall are starearthed,so .you want the CD player there ( it can’t be set to floating)

As said before,the streamer has to be set to floating.
yeti, the streamer has always been set to floating since i have the CD5si!

Guess you can’t do that but removed my MusicLine today and plugged the rig directly into the wall socket, much better sound.
