I wish to rip my CDs onto an SSD that I can simply plug into the unit and play. Is it OK if there is also non audio content on the SSD, such as photos or backup data, or does the drive need to be exclusively musical content?
When I tried this in the past it worked fine, and the streamer just ignored the non-audio content and indexed the music files. So I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine.
