I seem to be having some issues, like no music playing on my Nucleus One. The locally stored music, both Qobuz and Tidal, no sounds. I did a reinstall of everything and did a system reboot, yet nothing! I cannot even log on to the Roon server! HELP please?
What exactly do you mean? Do you have an audio output established and intent play there, or you have no way to play anything?
What is the endpoint what are you playing into?
I might contact Roon support; they are difficult to relate problems to, in my experience, but can be helpful. If someone else had the same issue, it would be easier to ask here
Have you hard stopped the nucleus and restarted it?
Have you gone to the nucleus webpage to see what the status is?

Is it always paused at the login stage? If so, anything in your router or firewall logs to indicate outgoing connection blocked?
Problem resolved with a router reset/reboot. Thank you; Roon support helped too.

You might not want to have even a Hotmail address visible on an open forum. Good you got it working again.
