Focal Naim America is the warranty service provider. This being the first time I use them, so I’m not sure if they renamed or new.
They are also the distributor for North America. Formerly known as Audio Plus Services.

The Vervent Group bought Audioplus Services in the USA and Plurison in Canada renamed them Focal-Naim America/Canada. Last May the Group decided that they don’t need me anymore… they let me go…like they did for Phil and a few more…
