Evening all, is this possible? New Ortofon Blue won’t lift, or is it a spacer issue?

Take a look at the cylindrical bit that the lift/lower device comes out of. There should be a tiny Allen bolt that you can loosen and then raise the lift/lower. My Planar 6 came with the device too low, and I found the little bolt and fixed it.

It might need some English Allen key size and not metric

Yep, my smallest one was too big.
