Hello: Can I ask for advice regarding the private sale of Naim gear that is still covered by the standard two-year warranty?
Is it best practice to include the retailer’s invoice so that the buyer can ask the retailer to amend their records to indicate the change of ownership?
And specifically:
In the event of a change of ownership during the product’s life, only the basic two-year manufacturer’s warranty will be transferred to the new owner. Please note that proof of original purchase must be provided. Extended warranty is non-transferable.
