Service please

The CD player of my UnitLite stopped ejecting or loading Cd’s so I decided to have it replaced with a new CD drive. Living in the Netherlands I contacted Latham (the distributor) and asked how long it would take to repair the unit and what the costs would be. I received an immediate reply that a spare drive was available, the costs and that a repair would take about a week after arrival. When I replied that I would send the unit for repair via a NAIM dealer I received an immediate reply that they would welcome the unit and the number of the service request that they had already opened. After I had delivered the unit to the dealer the unit was repaired and sent back to the dealer in 2 weeks time. It is now back to full glory.
This is what I call professional service. Bravo Latham!
