I’ve had significant connectivity issues via WiFi so want to start again from scratch and hook up my Muso 2 using an Ethernet cable from the Muso into a WiFi extender, to see if that makes a difference.
Is there a way of deleting the device from the app completely, so I can start again as if I was setting up the Muso for the first time?
Many thanks Robert, that seems to have sorted the connectivity problem.
Unfortunately, another problem has surfaced. When I ‘wake up’ the device from standby via the proximity sensor, I can’t then play music via the favourite presets on the sensor. When I press a preset, the sensor light flashes for a few seconds, then returns to the white light, but no music!
I haven’t a clue what’s going on.
When you did the factory reset, you cleared all you stored favorites. You will have to resave them.
