Townshend Supertweeters hiding in the middle
Well hidden I can’t see them.
If you enlarge the picture they are immediately over the SBL tweeters, next to the cat.
I’ve just replaced the upper box 25mm closed cell foam and the tweeter fascias on my SL2’s. Now with dialled in Snaxo courtesy
of the excellent Robyn at HQ the sound is shockingly good for such a modest speaker. S1/2 x 500DR playing their part of cause. The mids and highs are electrostatic like clean and seamless but with great PRAT. Get the set up right and I’ve yet to hear a speaker match their strengths.
