While Lazanja already took possession of the right speaker weeks ago. The left speaker is now in Louis’ territory.

So sweet.

I’m missing Bindy the old Bin-Dog, who is in kennels in Madeira whilst we visit the UK for a wedding. Here he is at the cake shop (our joint favourite location). The vet estimated his age at 10 when we found him living in the bins in June 2020. Therefore, he’s getting on a bit. Half-blind, bad heart, had his ribs broken by someone at some point, few teeth (but you don’t need good teeth for cake  ). He loves people and going out to coffee stops - it’s a miracle that he trusts anyone, but he loves everyone. He doesn’t look his age at all in this pic.

Wonderful. I’m not really a dog person but that’s a face that could melt your heart .

Good on you for rescuing him. He looks a lovely boy.

Seems wrong to “like” an image such as that but the heart is for your open heartedness in saving him.

It took six weeks, as he was so nervous. I ended up lying in the middle of a road with him for nearly an hour, flicking pieces of cheese to get him in close enough to snag him. My wife and a friend did traffic duty. Not a wise move on Madeira roads

Well done you.

I recall one of our dogs we took home from a rescue centre. No one could approach him so I laid outside his compound and just watched him for about 40 mins avoiding eye contact and taking tea from a flask. Mrs Bruss thought I was mad and should look at another but there was something about this boy. Eventually he came over to the fence closer to me and I asked to go in the enclosure. We took him home. Lovely boy and became everyone’s friend. Sadly gone now.

Well done for saving him  :+1: :+1:, how people can mistreat animals, how they do, is beyond me.

Our old boy Sunny past away last Saturday. No signs of any illness just old age. We found him curled up in his favourite chair it looked like he’d slipped away in his sleep.
