He also had some of Welsh rarebit.
We feel the same but wish people wouldn’t have a pet if they’re not going to look after it.
Just had a call from the vets we can pick him at 3pm today.
Great result Pete! I’m sure he’ll be tail-waggingly happy to see you.
Makes you wonder if the allergy stuff was just a pack of lies……who knows, but at least you are kind enough to care👍
His been pretty quiet since he got home, we have to keep that way till his operation.
Gazza I’m beginning to doubt everything his previous own said, he told us he had pet insurance but he also told us he never took him to the vets.
We would have taken him anyway, people no wonder I like dogs and no wonder most cats don’t like people.
Is the op soon?
First or second week in February, the only local surgeon that’s capable is away till then.
Hope it does not mess your holiday up…….and he recovers quickly🤞🏽
Never even thought of that, we’ll just postpone it till later.
Hope it all goes well Pete, I am sure it will. Whilst stories like this depress me about the human race, the way people look after their pets on this thread helps to balance it out somewhat
This picture in particular! I cannot tell you how happy this photo makes me. The innocence on his face is one of the most beautiful things in the world. Along with the pics of the kitties in the boxes
Hmm I don’t read that face as innocence, but rather strong expectation based on knowing that his owner has been well trained by him over a period of years.
Not another photo op dad … just cut up those sausages!
Here is Poppy watching Countryfile tonight to look out for interesting birds whereas Billy isn’t bothered.
Poppy’s ears tell me she is also a little curious about what you’re doing behind her…
That may well be. She is always on the look out for movement that might be a) an indication that she might be caught and taken to the vet or b) a suggestion that a good opportunity might be developing for extra food to be provided.
Poppy got bored and has gone outside to see what is going on. In the meantime Billy has relaxed a bit more…
