Louis and the Christmas tree
There’s much sadness and stress in this thread at the moment and my heart goes out to Richard, davidhendon and Camphuw. I am terrible at facing up to such matters and so I hope you don’t mind me being true to form and attempt to lift the spirits a little by diverting away from your key issues.
My previous cat pal, Audrey didn’t quite make it to 20 years - she came very close but suffered weight loss and seizures. At her age, I decided to let her go rather than stress her with vets tests etc. towards the end of 2023. After I moved back to N Ireland last year, a semi wild fur ball decided to move in. He managed to climb the ladders into the roof space recently and wherever he rummaged around, he appeared looking like an extra from Halloween…. Made me laugh anyway!

Thank you for your kind comments. We are in limbo at the moment because Billy’s biopsies are stuck in the post somewhere, so the pathologists can’t tell us anything and no treatment plan can even be considered.
In the meantime it’s lovely to see your errant cat that moved in. He is obviously a great character and will give you lots of friendship I am sure.
Merry Christmas
David
We have 2 fur balls……one is just over a year old and flies thru the air like a piece of Lead. The new kitty, is agile and climbs mount Everest…..Xmas tree. Winston the new kitty just jumps onto window sills for a look around and snooze…….Willow a year older is 7 kg and pats our leg to be placed on the sill.
Best wishes to all the animal lovers on this thread, they bring much love which is hard to quantify……
That made me laugh, hope he knows you’re only joking.
Merry Christmas to both of you.
Best pet pic in recent days!
For the PPs, it is Christmas every day, according to a friend. They reckon the PPs are spoilt rotten. The PPs, on the other hand, inform me that I am just barely adequate as cat staff. Breakfast was 30 seconds late this morning!!! Treats at 11.00 hrs only redeemed me slightly.

Merry Christmas from Zhukov.
Willy.
You should hire him out for special occasion’s with the appropriate insurance, have a great Xmas.
Wonderful stuff. Zhukov is even smarter than I thought. I love the “hands off my toy” moment near the end.
